Forged Gears

Our Forgings for Gear Machining units are done in M.S., 16Mncr5, 20Mn Cr5 of prominent Steel mills of India. The Gears Forged made by us is machined & is induction hardened to assure its high quality. Our Gear Forgings are done in least possible weights, thereby making us competitive against manufacturers who use more weights & generate more scrap. Our Gear Forgings can be up to Diameter 240 MM in weights up to 6 kgs. For sizes & weights exceeding to above, please check with us specifically. We Forge gears in minimum possible sizes so as to reduce our customers cost to machine & quick turn around time in the plant. Our Gear Forgings can be Heat treated or Normalized for ease in machining.
